Haley Carneol is assistant directing and stage managing the regional premiere of Letters to Salaa Holocaust story written by Arlene Hutton and directed by fellow UA Teaching Artist Lindsey Samples, opening March 22 at the Sabes JCC.

Charles Fraser continues to perform in the weekday student matinee production of The Diary of Anne Frank at Park Square Theatre through May 15.  He is also the stage manager for History Theatre’s Lonely Soldiers, March 12 – April 6.

Rachel Jendrzejewski co-created (with Theo Goodell) Echo More Strongly, a new puppet play commissioned by PuppetLab at In the Heart of the Beast, running through March 2. She’s also designing text for Fire Drill’s Ah You Know It’s for Well It’s for Our Clement at Bring in the Indigo: Performance from NY & MPLS, The White Page Gallery, March 16, 8pm.

Anton Jones is directing Shakespeare Youth Theatre’s production of The Taming of the Shrew at the Capri Theater, closing March 1. He also is collaborating with fellow UA Teaching Artist Masanari Kawahara to create Why? The Original Pour Quoi Tale, a new play for actors and puppeteers in the Children Theatre Company’s Junior Company and In the Heart of the Beast’s Puppet Youth Troupe. The show will run at Children’s Theatre Company from March 14-15 and In the Heart of the Beast from March 21-22.

Masanari Kawahara is collaborating with fellow UA Teaching Artist Anton Jones to create Why? The Original Pour Quoi Tale, a new play for actors and puppeteers in the Children Theatre Company’s Junior Company and In the Heart of the Beast’s Puppet Youth Troupe. The show will run at Children’s Theatre Company from March 14-15 and In the Heart of the Beast from March 21-22.

Norah Long will join an international cast of performers to celebrate and support Bluff City Theater in Hannibal, Missouri at its first-ever Gala Fundraising event! Founded in 2013 by Executive Director Joe Anderson, Bluff City Theater is an artist-driven theater company with an emphasis on literary works that bridge the gap between books and stage. She also will be a guest soloist at Spirit of the Lake Lutheran Church in Prior Lake on March 9 for the installation of their new senior pastor; and will solo at St. Philip the Deacon Lutheran Church on Saturdays March 8, 22, and 29 and Sundays, March 23 and 30.

Lindsey Samples is directing the regional premiere of Letters to Sala, a Holocaust story by Arlene Hutton, opening March 22 at the Sabes JCC. Her assistant director and stage manager is fellow UA Teaching Artist Haley Carneol!
