The Art of We, our 2nd Annual Meeting and Fundraiser, is almost here! We hope you’re planning to join us for the fun this Monday, May 11. Among other exciting things, did you know that our live auction will include a fabulous Suite Package to see the Minnesota Twins vs. the Houston Astros this August? Gather your closest baseball-loving friends to bid and get ready for an amazingly deluxe summer night!
WHO: You, up to 13 friends, plus up to 4 guests
WHAT: This Twins Suite Package includes 14 suite tickets, 4 guest passes, and 2 parking tickets – one of which is VIP – to see the Minnesota Twins vs. the Houston Astros! You’ll be in Twins Suite No. 34, “Lake Isabella,” directly behind Home Plate. A full menu of food and beverages is available for pre-order (cost not included in the package). You also have access to the food vendors on the special Legends Club level, one floor below the suite.
WHEN: Friday, August 28, 2015. Game starts at 7:10pm.
WHERE: Target Field in downtown Minneapolis, home ballpark of the Minnesota Twins.
WHY: We’re hugely grateful to Melinda Jacobs, one of Upstream Arts’ most passionate supporters, and Irwin Jacobs, who have generously donated this package exclusively for The Art of We! An extra special thanks to Melinda for coming up with the idea for this auction item. She is a dear friend, supporter of our work, and artist in her own right—someone who sees the potential in everyone, thinks creatively about bringing together our diverse array of communities, and understands the value of the arts in the lives of individuals with disabilities.
