In partnership with Minneapolis Public Schools’ Early Intervention, Early Childhood Special Education (ECSE), and Hennepin County Library, we are delighted to be offering a new interactive arts and storytime program for families and care providers of children ages birth to 3, with and without special needs.
These FREE events will provide a fun, playful venue where families can have positive interactions with their child using music, reading stories, movement, theatre and art activities! Parents, caregivers, grandparents, and siblings will leave with ideas and arts strategies of how to creatively play and bond with their child, and have the chance to meet other families, providers and Early Childhood Special Education staff. All families new to Hennepin County Library will have the chance to get a free library card and learn more about the robust children’s library collection at Minneapolis Central Library.
