Highland Friendship Club and Upstream Arts are proud to present an all-new edition of The Art of Me – for the first time ever, on the professional stage at Park Square Theatre! The performance draws on structured improvisations from Upstream Arts classes and features contributions of individuals with disabilities from the Highland Friendship Club community and Upstream Arts Teaching Artists. There also will be an exhibition of portraits created by the performers in collaboration with guest photographer Jeff Cords.
This activity is made possible, in part, by the voters of Minnesota through a grant from the Minnesota State Arts Board, thanks to a legislative appropriation from the arts and cultural heritage fund.
