Live Stream Classes

Live Stream Classes are the closest thing to being in a room with Upstream Arts! These full-length (1 hr long) classes are interactive group experiences on Zoom, facilitated by three of our Teaching Artists – just like our in-person classes!

Classes can be tailored to any age group and are live captioned. ASL interpretation upon request.

 What is studio ACCESS?

Initially conceived of as a way to continue offering breath, connection, and support for and with our disability community during the coronavirus pandemic, studio ACCESS is a paradigm shift in Upstream Arts programming that will only add to our slate of accessible arts experiences, now and into the future.

Upstream Arts programs provide a learning environment where individuals can get to know their peers, themselves, and open up and try new things, all the while learning appropriate workplace behavior. This increases their ability to be comfortable in community settings and ready to be part of a workplace.
